Senior Product Marketing Manager

SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER


We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our go-to-market strategy for Demetr, our first product at SannTek.


Demetr is a new type of urine test that helps women get pregnant faster. Millions of people buy ovulation tests each year to identify the optimal time of the month to get pregnant. However, current ovulation tests don't work for over 15% of the population. Demetr works for 100% of the population. It pairs with a smartphone to provide a personalized analysis of every user's cycle and clear advice so they're always informed about what's going on.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and self-directed marketer to define and drive Demetr's go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning. You will lead all cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase awareness, consideration, and adoption of Demetr. You will also evaluate the ROI of promotional efforts and provide recommendations to optimize sales and marketing investments. This is a hands-on role where you will develop and manage the implementation and execution of all marketing strategies. We look forward to your application!


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion the voice of the customer to prioritize products and solutions to best address consumers fertility needs
  • Help define, drive, and iterate on go-to-market strategy for Demetr (ex. messaging, positioning, channel marketing, distribution, pricing, merchandising) using research-driven customer segmentation, preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Lead product launch and work cross-functionally with Product, UX & Design, Finance, and Engineering to ensure its success
  • Use qualitative and quantitative customer research to identify levers to drive hardware sales growth
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans to drive hardware sales
  • Test and optimize marketing ROI
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the customer segments of Demetr and package these insights in a compelling way
  • Review competitive offerings and drive ongoing differentiation


YOU

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years working in management consulting or product marketing/management (exposure to consumer wellness technology or fertility products is a plus)
  • Ability to drive experimentation focused on conversion and engagement
  • Strong quantitative analytical ability and familiarity with marketing analytics and A/B testing
  • Strong storyteller with the ability to develop campaigns that grab customers' attention and build product brands that people love
  • Strong interpersonal skills – nimble, forward-thinking, adaptive, team player
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and distill it for different audience segments in clear and effective ways
  • Comfort leading initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to quickly assess and understand complex systems
  • High EQ to serve as product ambassador to the rest of the organization

  • Ability to write marketing and UX copy
  • Experience bringing product marketing to life on physical packaging
  • Research design or user research experience
  • Additional marketing experience in branding, media, partnerships, or communications
