Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager
Flosum is a leading provider of DevOps, Data Backup and Recovery, and Security Orchestration solutions tailored for Salesforce, empowering organizations to optimize their Salesforce operations with confidence and security.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Flosum. This role is crucial in shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for our core products in the areas of DevOps, Data Backup and Recovery, and Security Orchestration for Salesforce.
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the product positioning and messaging, and executing campaigns with the Demand Generation team to drive product adoption and expansion, and building sales pipeline. We are looking for a candidate with a technical product marketing background who can effectively communicate our product's value propositions and features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and own the go-to-market strategy for our core products within the DevOps, Data Backup and Recovery, and Security Orchestration domains for Salesforce.
Customer-Centric Approach: Be the voice of the customer by understanding target personas, their unique pain points, and how our solutions can address them. Collaborate with the sales team and participate in customer calls to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Security and Competitive Insights: Monitor global privacy regulations and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product management, sales, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment with product requirements and roadmap.
Messaging and Positioning: Define messaging and positioning for Flosum's products and solutions, effectively communicating core value propositions and demonstrating how our tools solve customer problems.
Content Development: Create both internal and external content to support sales and marketing efforts, including presentations, training materials, competitive analysis, data sheets, videos, webinars, and other collateral.
Product Demos: Collaborate with solutions engineering teams to develop and maintain product demos that effectively showcase the features and capabilities of our products.
Demand Generation: Partner with the demand generation team to define and execute timely campaigns based on market events and business priorities to build awareness and pipeline.
Product Releases: Own the coordination and execution of product releases, solutions, features, and positioning.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, such as demos, QBRs, and customer advisory boards, to gain insights and feedback.
Thought Leadership: Represent Flosum at industry events, customer calls, and demonstrations, showcasing our expertise and influence within the field.

- Messaging and Strategy: Proven experience in developing robust and compelling messaging guides.
- Go-To-Market Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in owning and defining go-to-market plans for a product or solutions.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and experience defining and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
- Product Launch: A track record of successful product launches and enabling a direct sales team.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to manage multiple products and cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Highly Motivated: A passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering equivalent.
- 5+ years of product marketing or product management experience at a SaaS or other high-tech company.
- Ability to define and execute go-to-market initiatives among multiple goals and priorities.
- Experience in the data security space is a plus.
- A technical background based on degree (e.g., engineering or computer science) or experience applying complex technical concepts in practice.
- Proven, hands-on experience developing a variety of collateral, including pitch decks, demos, data sheets, videos, and webinar/event content.
Extra Qualifications (Preferred, but not mandatory):
- Previous experience at a DevOps, security, compliance, or data governance software company in a similar capacity.
- Pragmatic or Product Marketing Alliance certification.
