Senior Product Marketing Manager

Workhuman is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to join our growing Product Marketing team. In this highly cross-functional role, the Product Marketing Manager will become the voice of Workhuman’ Cloud’s products and solutions, working across product, marketing, sales, enablement, and customer success to drive go-to-market success and end-user adoption . The Product Marketing Manager will be the expert in our solutions, our roadmap, our buyers, and the competition. The ideal candidate is data driven, outcome-focused, naturally curious, and has the ability to work collaboratively across functions.


Responsibilities

  • Creating the messaging & positioning for your assigned solution(s) and communicating its value proposition and competitive differentiation to customer-facing teams including sales, customer success, and marketing.
  • Leading the GTM activities for new products and features for assigned solution(s), from release marketing to tier 1 launches.
  • Working closely with the product team, both to understand the strategic direction of product and to contribute to setting that direction.
  • Partnering with sales and customer success leadership to ensure that customer-facing teams are experts on our products, their value and use cases.
  • Contributing to a variety of product content types – demo videos, presentations, FAQs, and more to fuel sales and marketing success
  • In general, serve as the internal champion of your assigned solutions.


Skills:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Exceptional storytelling skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
  • Has managed successful release communication programs, driving the adoption of new features, including human engagement strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to test and learn, and be results-oriented.
  • Ability to expanding beyond task-level thinking to see the big picture and connection points between messages, teams, and processes.
