Senior Product Marketing Manager

New York, NY +4

Are you bored creating messaging, packaging, materials, collateral, and blog posts for stagnant markets while doing things the same way? You have ideas, but is anyone listening? You are craving a challenge, but are you making a difference with a meaningful mission?

At Resilience, we’re creating a new category that integrates cybersecurity, cyber insurance, and cyber risk management.

Resilience is reinventing the way enterprises manage cyber risk. We help organizations stay ahead of cyber threats, minimizing potential material losses, and we are the world's first cyber risk company that offers risk quantification software, cybersecurity experts, and A+ cyber insurance in integrated solutions purpose-built for large and middle-market organizations.

Our unique solution to cyber risk creates stronger cybersecurity and enhanced insurance coverage by prioritizing the threats that matter most to a client's business. By leveraging data from the threat landscape, real-world cyber incidents, and an inside-out understanding of client security postures, we help our clients to better prepare, protect, and progress their cyber resilience.

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us in challenging big insurance companies and corporate cybersecurity enterprises - someone who balances strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll craft epic narratives, powerful product packaging, and impactful seller enablement materials that showcase the advantage of our innovative solution in a way that resonates with different stakeholders, from risk managers to CISOs to brokers - turning skeptical enterprises and brokers into cyber resilience champions. Data is your weapon: you're comfortable going through customer and product data to supercharge your insights and findings. Writing is your passion: you love the challenge of beating the goliaths in the industry who use similar language but don't actually have the same level of innovation. Execution is your bias: you get things done and move things forward.

This is no cookie-cutter marketing gig; it's a chance to shape the future of an entire industry. And you have the whole company with like-minded teams from underwriters, security professionals, and product management working with you. You will be part of a team of branding, marketing, and content experts helping articulate Resilience’s mission, values, and products. The subject matter you’ll research and create will be for cyber insurance and cybersecurity and a host of other innovative, cutting-edge solutions. You are someone who loves to dive in and turn intellectually complex technical subject matter into brilliant, engaging storytelling that stands out and breaks through the noise.

This is an exciting time to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing startup backed by some of the top VCs in the industry (General Catalyst, Lightspeed Ventures, Founders Fund, etc). In a small-but-mighty Marketing team as part of a growing startup, we are looking for a great “athlete” who has the mindset, the will, and skills to work flexibly in a growth environment vs. someone who prefers to work in their own silo.
