Senior Product Marketing Manager

Remote Toronto, ON

We're on the search for a Senior Product Marketing Manager!


This role will join our growing marketing team and support an industry-leading platform in martech. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing & Brand Strategy, this position provides a unique opportunity to experience being both the product marketer and the target customer. As marketers marketing to other marketers, you’ll truly understand your customers and be able to advocate for their needs as well as communicate about Uberflip’s product and solutions in ways that create real value.


What you will be doing:


  • Gather and analyze market intelligence. Provide expertise on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape by being an expert on our competition and how they are positioned. 
  • Share analysis on trends and important insights from marketing intelligence and the competitive landscape across the company.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand and inform the product road map, including translating technical information into easy-to-understand value for our customers.
  • Collaborate with product management and content marketing to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Develop and execute cross-functional go-to-market plans for new product and feature launches, including measuring the effectiveness of product campaigns and adoption.   
  • Act as a thought leader for the products you support externally, including speaking engagements and analyst briefings.
  • Understand and support our sales channels, marketing and CX teams; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and customers; develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.


We want to talk to you if:


  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience. 
  • Familiarity with technology such as Marketo, Salesforce, Crayon, Looker, Gong, and of course, Uberflip is an asset.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and a love for data to spot trends, support product strategy and strengthen positioning. 
  • Excellent people and management skills, including a strong sense of empathy and enjoyment in building cross-functional relationships and bringing together various teams to ensure all bases for product success are covered.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment. 
  • Must be a strong public speaker and a solid writer and storyteller.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.


Bonus points if:


  • You have a certification in Product Marketing through the Pragmatic Institute or equivalent preferred.
