The role and team:


We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to help grow and engage our Senseon community and customer base. As the first person into Product Marketing, you will have an opportunity to shape and influence how the function evolves.


In this role, you will drive awareness and market growth through successful positioning coupled with creative campaigning and empathetic storytelling that help position Senseon as a technological leader in the cybersecurity domain. Therefore, you will need to be a talented communicator who knows how to normalise new ways of working and thinking and encouraging customers to follow suit. Finally, you will enable our teams to grow our business more effectively by providing a clear product strategy outlining our market position and value propositions.

What you’ll do:


  • Advocate for our existing and prospective customers, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert for our products, shaping the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Take a measured approach when implementing new concepts and campaigns; evaluating data analytics and customer feedback along the way and optimising your method.
  • Develop our product positioning and messaging informed by user research, competitor analysis, and product understanding.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams—product, sales, and engineering—to develop and implement go-to-market strategy and drive launches for our products.

Requirements


What you’ll need:


  • Product marketing experience at a technology-driven organisation, preferably in SaaS.
  • A proven track record in successfully acquiring and retaining customers and markets.
  • Critical discernment for exceptional creative and marketing communications.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in the marketing lifecycle and greenfield projects.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate and manage projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for brand narrative
  • A keen eye for emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Comfort leading and collaborating with both creative and technical teams, with a combination of analytical and creative abilities with a focus on design and storytelling.
