Senior Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to scale up and drive our core CRM product and venture capital market GTM initiatives. 

In this highly visible and cross-functional role, you will drive aligned understanding, messaging and execution for product launches, campaigns and sales motions in collaboration with product management, demand generation, content, compete, sales and customer success.

What you will be doing:


  • Expertise: Develop deep, continuously improved understanding of our evolving CRM product, venture capital market segments, buyer personas, buyer journey and competitive landscape
  • Customers: Interact directly with customers and collaborate on win-loss research to identify patterns and extract proof points on value drivers/motivations, pain points, use cases and outcomes
  • Messaging: create clear, compelling, differentiated, persona-targeted narratives and messaging frameworks for marketing and sales. Work with other market-focused PMMs (Investment Banking, Consulting) to help them translate your CRM products and features into market- and persona-specific value propositions
  • Content: collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams to ideate and co-create engaging, buyer-centric, written and visual content including thought leadership for new logo campaigns, your product launches, sales-delivered collateral and online buyer enablement including collateral and web pages 
  • Launches: work across all functions to execute new product and feature launches while continuously improving our launch process for scale and effectiveness.  
  • Campaigns: Partner with Demand Generation on strategy, design and co-execution of targeted campaigns and compelling thought leadership offerings for new logos and upsell
  • Sales Enablement: Enable business development, account reps, and customer success reps with assets and they need to attract and retain customers
  • Business Metrics: Work with Demand Gen, Business Analytics and Product teams to track, analyze and troubleshoot end-to-end health of campaigns, land and expand motions, adoption and retention
  • Product Strategy: partner with Product Management on original market research and analysis of business metrics to inform product strategies and roadmap development from a buyer/value/market perspective

We'd love to talk to you if:


  • You have 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing with 2+ in CRM, sales automation or sales/marketing intelligence 
  • You can demonstrate a track record of success in most of the job functions described above
  • You are a natural communicator with amazing writing and verbal communication skills
  • You are a storyteller that can distill abstract concepts and concrete examples into compelling narratives and messaging that simplify without over-simplifying
  • You are a skilled quarterback that can quickly identify, recruit and align resources from across teams, track progress results
  • You are a collaborator who can actively listen, creatively solve problems, and provide clear direction
  • Are compelled to seek out facts and social proof needed to sway prospects, marketers and sellers
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity, change, identifying and self-prioritizing for business impact with excellent time management and project management skills

Bonus points if you have: 


  • Experience with Venture Capital or other investment-driven markets such as investment banking and private equity growth
