Your Job:

As a seasoned B2B product marketer, you will be responsible for Benelux and provide leadership for all product messaging, GTM strategy, and strategic campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and expansion. This role directly impacts our current objectives and will shape our long-term growth. With the right messaging and content distributed across the right channels and touchpoints, we have a better chance at attracting healthcare professionals and playing a critical role in the care they deliver.


In Benelux, we provide two distinct offerings: 


Sillo Messenger

Siilo is a secure and compliant messenger app designed for healthcare professionals to facilitate fast and simple collaboration between colleagues. Users have access to a suite of familiar messenger features, as well as tools created to protect patient data and encourage expert discussions.


Prisma

Prisma is Siilo’s first dedicated network that connects GP's and specialists in a secure and asynchronous way, making it easier for them to collaborate on patient cases and exchange knowledge and expertise.


As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Benelux, you will be responsible for 3 key areas for both Sillo and Prisma:

1. Own messaging and positioning for Siilo, Prisma, and newly released products/features

2. Ensure that our users, customers, and GTM Teams understand the value of our offering 

3. Drive demand, app downloads, and active usage of Sillo and Prisma


You will be responsible for:

  • Customer Insights – lead segmentation efforts and develop critical customer insights through self-driven research and close collaboration with the sales and product teams
  • Market Intelligence – be a specialist on regional competitors and build strategies to differentiate and better serve our customers
  • Messaging & Positioning – manage company-wide development of product messaging and positioning to deliver differentiated positioning for Sillo Messenger and Prisma
  • Sale Enablement – generate compelling and easy-to-understand content for Prisma and Network Growth to help shorten the sales cycle by arming them with the tools they need to close deals and drive active usage
  • Product Launches – partner with the go-to-market teams to plan, facilitate, and build communication campaigns for new features and services
  • Campaign Development – ensure a structured approach to campaigns that tell compelling user stories with the aim of generating demand across our offerings and customer lifecycles
  • Thought Leadership – keep track of current conversations happening in healthcare and capitalise on moments to demonstrate Siilo’s value and use cases
  • Cross-functional Leadership – build strong relationships with Prisma, Network Growth, and Product teams in order to work cohesively on campaigns

What we’re looking for from you:

  • 5+ years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Prior experience in messaging and positioning, data-driven marketing campaigns, journey mapping, and lifecycle marketing 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Dutch & English
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear, and intuitive language
  • Attention to detail, great time management, and quick to learn new skills
  • Excellent collaboration and organization skills, excelling at both high-level thinking and execution
  • Growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a fast-growing start-up where not all processes are fixed
  • Adept at staying ahead of the curve on relevant industry and product knowledge
  • Passionate about healthcare is a huge plus!
