Senior Marketing Operations Manager

What we are looking for:


As the Senior Marketing Operations Manager, your main responsibility would be to enhance the current revenue operations stack and eventually transform it into a best-in-class setup that aligns with the data-driven approach of Jua's marketing and sales efforts.


In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and collaborating on a consistent flow of experiments related to Jua's sales and marketing strategies. You will also be heavily involved in creating the company's go-to-market procedures and campaign strategies. Additionally, you will work closely with the GTM-functions to create and implement multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns that are coordinated between the sales and marketing teams.


Responsibilities and tasks:

  • You will develop and oversee our revenue operations tech stack (based on Hubspot) for the entire funnel from strategy to implementation.
  • You will research datasets and combine those into high-quality account & lead datasets. You will manage a team of data enrichment freelancers and apply advanced enrichment techniques to enable sales with outstanding & just-in-time information.
  • You will project manage ABM campaigns by:
  • Enabling the team with insights and proposals for campaign strategies and co-own campaign planning
  • Developing the targeted account list
  • Building the required processes in Hubspot
  • Coordinating with sales, performance marketing, product marketing, and organic marketing on campaign execution
  • Evaluating campaign performance and ensuring that we have continuous program improvement
  • You will manage our go-to-market innovation program. In conjunction with revenue leaders and teams, you will define go-to-market experiment and develop processes and the technical infrastructure for experiment execution.
  • You'll be a part of a growing group of four marketers who will regularly leave the realm of revenue operations to work together on projects involving events, website management, product-driven customer acquisition, etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience: To be considered for this position, you should have at least four years of experience working in B2B marketing operations or revenue operations. Additionally, you should have at least two years of experience specifically working with Hubspot.


Ideally, your experience with Hubspot should have been gained at a company with highly advanced go-to-market processes, such as a growth company that has already secured series B or C financing.


  • Project management skills: You have managed various projects from implementing technical tools to campaigns.
  • Stakeholder management/engagement: You've worked with a variety of stakeholders in the past.
  • Analytical thinking: You have experience with managing and analysing large datasets
  • Strategic thinking: You have mastered the art of transforming data into actionable insights when developing action plans for a campaign and go-to-market road map.
  • Language: Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Location: This is a remote position but only candidates based in the EMEA time zone will be considered.
