Senior Manager, Virtual Health Products

Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for autonomously accessing market trends, current product offerings and customer needs to identify new product opportunities
- Executes a portion of strategic vision and roadmap to maximize membership growth and retention objectives
- Assist business case development/ROI analysis, feasibility, price modeling to provide new product recommendations to senior leadership
- Develop goals, objectives and actions plans for department, teams and individuals
- Be responsible for setting strategic initiatives for a highly complex and / or multi-line of business with significant budget accountability
- Own and drive the integrated customer experience across all stakeholders to create a market leading consumer product that delights our members
- Own and drive cross-functional relationship building and accountability among the many teams supporting virtual health
- Manage a team of two principal product managers
- Manage our technology and medical vendor partner relationships
- Meet or exceed business and customer experience KPIs
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree
- Requires at least 10 years prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience
- MBA from top program strongly preferred
- Prior product management experience required
- Consumer digital health product strongly preferred
- Virtual Health experience required
