Senior Manager, Product Marketing

We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager with a mission to drive awareness & faster adoption of our digital musculoskeletal clinic with Health & Benefits leaders. In addition, we want the person to advocate and educate for the Health & Benefit leader customer journey across our Marketing, Product, Client Success, and Commercial teams.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

  • Go-to-market strategy and product adoption: Deliver on-time, executed GTM strategy for DMSKC product and feature launches that improve retention and revenue generation. 
  • Customer feedback loop: Communicate client and prospect feedback to the product, Client Success and senior leadership teams so it can be evaluated for the roadmap to improve enterprise customer and participant NPS.
  • Consistent company wide execution: Ensure message & brand alignment across market-facing content and engagement materials.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Inform business leaders through market monitoring, research and competitor insight reports.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Deep market knowledge of Health & Benefits buying process, digital health, and musculoskeletal market
  • Track record of developing B2B2C GTM strategy & messaging that accelerates product adoption based on deep understanding of B2B2C customer journey
  • Effective feedback gathering & collaboration across market, CS, Marketing, & Product in a B2B2C sales model
  • Research skills - primary and secondary to support insights, business intelligence and survey needs
  • Enterprise-level product marketing experience; must have demonstrated defining and driving GTM strategy and execution across matrixed organization
  • Expert communicator and conductor of teams - without a wand. Able to function as the Rosetta Stone across Product, Sales, Client Success and senior team to collect, synthesize and contribute knowledge and leverage insights to reach and exceed opportunity targets and close business.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple projects at once, recommend prioritization, timelines and processes to ensure all success criteria are met.
  • Creative problem solver who is able to think outside of the box and deliver information on fluid concepts that require interpretation and resolution of ambiguity.
