About the Senior Product Marketing Manager - Velocity position at Showpad

As the senior product manager of velocity you’ll lead the charge to activate voice and value through our GTM teams driving highly coordinated launches, revenue plays (acquisition, expansion retention), and enabling all revenue functions. You will help spearhead initiatives to continually improve our GTM processes to remove seller friction by providing the tools, content, stories and customer references to engage buyers with a clearly differentiated story and experience.


Key Responsibilities for Senior Product Marketing Manager at Showpad


  • Serve as the launch captain for all new product introduction tightly interlocked with product management, marketing and sales enablement. Integral to this is conducting launch post mortem to drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the revenue play captain ensuring sales, customer success, and partners are equipped and effectively engaging customers and prospects. 
  • Serve as point working with content teams to create engaging sales collateral, web content, and modern interactive selling experiences.
  • Partnering with sales and sales enablement to build world class tools, playbooks and identify gaps and help make all sellers top performers.
  • Partner with customer success and partner marketing to drive customer retention, growth and expansion through driving new use cases and platform value.
  • Interlock customer advisory services to build programs / tools / initiatives to help our customers transform their orgs through the revenue enablement maturity model.
  • Collaborate with Showpad teams to truly become the reference model for world class GTM excellence
  • Innovate revenue intelligence process improvements to glean market insights from buyer engagement to feed into voice and value as well as enablement
  • Have an eye to continually improve GTM practices around competitive intelligence and voice of customer processes with PM, Rev Ops,and GTM team
  • With voice and value explore deeper vertical industry tools

 

Required Skills for Senior Product Marketing Manager at Showpad


  • Proven product marketing manager with a deep passion for advancing the discipline within our organizations and with our customers
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 8+ years experience within B2B SaaS industry with demonstrated proficiency as a self starter with strong organizational and time-management skills who can drive projects from start to finish
  • Master at building relationships and tight interlock with revenue leaders (sales, customer success) and GTM teams with a focus on alignment, process improvement and building feedback loops from all of our customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to envision and lead teams to create engaging content and playbooks
  • You’re dedicated to being a servant leader (read: empathetic yet strong & decisive) for your team and your key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal, written and collaboration skills are essential
  • Demonstrated analytical and decision making skills  
  • Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment
