Senior Director, Product Marketing

As we dramatically accelerate company growth and both develop and acquire new products, we are seeking an proven Product Marketer leader who can rely on their successful track record to:

  • Own all aspects of the company’s messaging hierarchy
  • Develop a nuanced appreciation for our current customers as well as our primary buyer personas in new logo accounts
  • Proactively develop plans to integrate acquisitions by incorporating their value propositions our overarching narrative
  • Lead all Marketing aspects of product announcements, including working with our PR agency
  • Routinely collaborate cross-functionally to develop & maintain the best possible competitive positioning
  • Enable our field teams around major announcements and market developments
  • Ensure that our SDRs have the best materials at hand to effectively position our unique value and differentiate us from competitors
  • Manage and cultivate a small team

Responsibilities: 

  • Be a leader within our company and scale our product marketing function as our company enhances its market position as the leading operations platform for commercial real estate
  • Partner closely with the product management and sales teams to ensure we’re projecting engaging, differentiating, and value-based messages for our customers and prospects
  • Build and maintain persuasive marketing materials, including product-focused presentations web content, and case studies
  • Collaborate internally, with partners, and with external agencies to drive thought leadership campaigns, while create supporting material as needed
  • Create sales training tools including new and existing product training, persona training, and competitive battle cards
  • Conduct market research with external firms and in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Work with tech partners to develop joint marketing content and programs that promote our combined value proposition
  • Develop and track metrics specific to Product Marketing

Skills & Experience: 

  • Quick learner who can quickly get up to speed on our market, customers, prospects, and competitors
  • Excellent writing skill and communication skills
  • Successful history of quickly finding the right blend of value-centric messaging with technical detail to engage our customers and our prospects
  • Expert at creating and presenting different types of content, such as product datasheets, sales playbooks, and sales training
  • Experience managing successful product launches, including working with product management teams that use agile methodologies
  • Enjoys learning directly from customers and prospects to understand their challenges and needs
  • Fast moving, self-motivated, proactive, creative thinker with exceptional analytical and relationship skills; a doer who thinks strategically but acts tactically
  • Proven track record of successfully marketing B2B SaaS platforms
  • A great people manager who brings a history of successfully growing others on your team
  • 10+ years of successful Product Marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required
