Revenue Enablement Specialist

Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

We believe that the most important role of product marketing is to empathize with customers and their problems. Sales being the primary voice of empathy, it would be impossible to empathize with customers without becoming trusted advisory for sales. Our ideal candidate loves revenue enablement because they love being at the center of the business, enabling sales to win more customers. In this role, you will be responsible for Facilio’s Connected CMMS Revenue Enablement Strategy & Execution.


Our ideal candidate will:


-> Own Sales Enablement:

  • Own and manage sales enablement content and learning materials
  • Establish sales enablement priorities and project plan across the globe
  • Empathize with sales urgency. You’ve a maniacal focus for timely delivery of collaterals by developing first-hand / working with the team / external agencies
  • Leverage every possible strategy (tech, internal tools, processes) to move towards scalable, self-service, and tech-driven content management and learning strategy.


-> Be the trusted advisor for sales:

  • Build rapport with global sales teams
  • Own periodic cadence to exchange key market insights. Understand and rigorously document various market dynamics to be transferred back to the product and marketing teams
  • Inspire, motivate, and ultimately win flagship brands through the sales cycle. Run periodic workshops/boot camps with compelling content around positioning, FAQs, and cheat sheets
  • Instil confidence for sales be the go-to person, prescribe collaterals to be shared, make content available as and when they need it.


-> Partners for deal closure / revenue:

  • Take all reasonable steps to enable sales reach their quota
  • Own and maintain the open deal sheet, capture end-to–end context for every opportunity / account in SQL and above
  • Take a prescriptive role: uncover friction in pipeline movement, identify/diagnose the gaps and forge solutions in the form of more effective collaterals/processes
  • Bring predictability and repeatability in deal movement / pipeline velocity



Job Specifications:


  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement / pre-sales / SDR roles
  • Strong show-of-work: 4+ years of experience delivering compelling sales / pre-sales / product marketing results.
  • Strong program mgmt. skills: A track record of timely delivery on complex projects and showcasing clear results. The ability to influence crossfunctionally and get things done (sales, product, design, marketing)
  • High agency: In the face of problems, you are always ready with solutions, never excuses.
  • Balance sales strategy x urgency: You have a knack for separating longterm solutions to sales pain points while simultaneously mobilizing for immediate revenue
  • Rational thinker + Win-win mindset: You understand sales psychology. You can partner with different teams, tackle conflicts with logical reasoning and empathy
  • Consistent & Meticulous: Self-appointed crusader to show up in sales cadences and share clarity for product marketing, and sales stakeholders in the form of notes, MoM, next steps, and more
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. This role demands someone who is in love with the spoken and written word, understanding the power that comes from rigorously documenting every little detail.
  • Enterprise/SaaS obsessed: You understand/have experience with enterprise sales cycles and have an innate affinity for working with large, global customers.
