As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Blueshift, you will manage the product marketing function. You are also an experienced product marketer who is analytical-minded. You have the ability to operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also to work tactically to drive projects to successful completion.

This role will report to the VP of Marketing, who will have a product marketing manager reporting to it. You work best in a bold, work-hard, play-hard environment. Key Responsibilities:


  • Subject Matter Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our platform and become a subject matter expert in the field of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), AI, and a cross-channel marketing platforms.
  • Target Persona Engagement: Create compelling messaging that effectively communicates our platform's value proposition to our target personas, including Marketing and IT roles
  • Content Creation: Generate thought leadership and product-oriented content, including blog posts, videos, and ebooks, in addition to sales enablement tools like demo scripts, solution briefs, and product presentations.
  • Support for Sales and Marketing: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to support integrated campaigns, events, and related programs with content and speaking requirements. Work to build email cadences and calling scripts for the SDR team.
  • Training and Enablement: Develop and deliver training sessions and enablement materials to equip internal teams such as SDRs with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of key customer requirements in the MarTech markets: understand the challenges the customer faces, the technical requirements for our products, and the value represented by our solutions.
  • Product Go-to-Market: Plan and execute cross-functional go-to-market activities for product launches and enhancements. Develop the company's unique position for each new product launch, creating the marketing and communications framework for the entire marketing function as the product goes live in the market.
  • Define product roadmaps working closely with Product Management that clearly establish Blueshift's competitive advantage.
  • Develop use cases, marketing materials, sales collateral, and market communication plans, including press releases, launch materials, and customer presentations
  • Demand Generation: Partner with the broader marketing team and leverage external resources to produce clear, compelling, and persuasive content to generate demand and nurture leads.
  • Positioning and messaging: create and hone the messages that will effectively communicate our value proposition and differentiate the company. Ensure every customer touchpoint reinforces our brand proposition and drives more prospects from consideration to customer.
  • Responsible for key metrics related to product adoption, sales team effectiveness, analyst relations coverage, and partner effectiveness.


Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience
  • Extensive experience in sales enablement, including developing and delivering training programs for sales teams, creating sales collateral and tools, and collaborating with customer success to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Strong writing skills are essential - must be able to create a wide range of marketing content from scratch
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing and with partners
  • A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and proven success in delivering measurable marketing results
  • Strategic thinker who can tactfully communicate clear priorities to sales and marketing partners and empower direct reports to focus on the most critical projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with innate storytelling ability
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic organization.
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of the MarTech landscape is a plus
  • Knowledge of Retail, Media & Publishing, and Financial Services industry, in general — a BIG plus
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical discipline
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
