Product Marketing Specialist (Temporary)

We are hiring a Product Marketing Specialist for a temporary position on the BrainPOP Marketing team for 3 months (with an option to renew for another 3 months subject to business approval). This person is responsible for creating go-to-market materials and enablement collateral that effectively shows new and returning BrainPOP customers the benefits and value of BrainPOP’s suite of institutional products.

This role is a full-time, temporary assignment for 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment.

In this role, you will:

• Develop marketing content and assets (e.g., web content/landing pages, one-pagers, customer testimonials) for sales and marketing, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Create and maintain a toolkit of collateral and support materials to help the sales team effectively position BrainPOP products in the marketplace
• Work closely alongside Product, Learning Design, User Research, and Marketing departments to ensure cross-functional alignment on the product roadmap and feature launches.

You are:

• A self-starter who brings a unique combination of flexibility, empathy, and strategic thinking to all projects
• An articulate communicator with strong writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively across segments
• Able to thrive in a fast past environment working on multi-faceted initiatives while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Your resume includes:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in B2B product marketing or the edtech industry is preferred.
• Experience launching new products and developing/executing marketing plans, ideally in education or a related industry
• Proven ability to lead projects and cross-functional communication
