Product Marketing Specialist - Sales Enablement

About the Role


Bullhorn is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. 


Why this job is important:

Reporting to our Product Marketing Manager on the Marketing Team, the Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for global sales enablement for product go-to-market activities and, in collaboration with other Bullhorn teams, develop evergreen training programs and manage product go-to-market content in our sales enablement platform so our sales teams are armed to win and grow accounts.


You will be an expert in sales support, training facilitation, and sales enablement technology, leveraging this expertise in combination with strong business acumen to shape our sales enablement strategy and deliver end-to-end training programs for product go-to-market activities. This role is an opportunity to build a new function from the ground up and uplevel our product go-to-market sales readiness at Bullhorn.


A typical day might include:

- Developing best practices to build, test, and iterate on product go-to-market sales enablement playbooks.

- Designing and executing in-person and virtual Sales trainings and certifications to support product go-to-market activities like a product launch.

- Being the sales enablement platform (e.g. Highspot, Seismic, Allego) expert on Product Marketing to ensure adoption and operationalization of content. 

- Collaborating with Product Marketing to support product go-to-market goals for messages to new markets, competitor battlecards, or other initiatives.

- Working with Sales to tailor trainings to fit the way they sell and support their goals while balancing it with what they need to know.

- Measuring the performance of sales assets and training programs, tracking metrics that show improvement in sales effectiveness and productivity.


This role may be a fit for you if:

- You have 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, marketing, sales, or sales enablement experience.

- You’re familiar with sales or product marketing content as well as sales content management and learning management systems (e.g. Highspot.)

- You like to get your hands dirty, and are looking for a fast-paced business that’s growing fast.

- You have the ability to independently manage projects and expectations cross-functionally to deliver results.

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive presentation and storytelling experience.

- You are curious, detail-oriented, and process-driven. You love data and rely on it to make decisions.
