Responsibilities:
- Partner with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap and mitigate product gaps
- Plan and execute feature launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Service, Sales) and related sales enablement
- Produce collateral to aid feature launches & adoption, e.g., solution articles, client pitch decks, client reference etc.
- Build & execute a quarterly marketing plan to meet feature adoption goals
- Design & execute in-product campaigns
- Drive beta program for new features
Job Location
- Work from home till offices open. We have offices in Bangalore, Chennai & Hyderabad so you can be based out of any of these locations.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Strong understanding of the office of CIO, technology trends & buyer imperatives
- An amazing storyteller and communicator with extremely strong persuasion skills.
- A knack for creating content that shape perceptions.
- Pragmatic Institute certification will be a plus
