The Product Marketing Specialist will support key go-to-market (GTM) activities within the Information and Content Solutions (ICS) business unit including new product launches, buyer journey mapping, persona research and development, and sales enablement programs and related content. Working with business unit leaders, you will help execute our product marketing initiatives to drive demand for our products and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Research market trends and opportunities to help inform development of new products and services
  • Proactively track insights in the marketplace, including how competitors are positioned across the landscape
  • Assist in the creation of compelling and persona-driven messaging and positioning to enable sales and differentiate our products and services in the market (sales tools and training, competitive positioning, FAQs, cheat sheets, etc.)
  • Contribute to a vibrant buyer persona program through the development and update of personas and customer journey maps
  • Manage launch plans and other GTM-related efforts working with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to identify and track key deliverables and drive them to successful outcomes
  • Partner with Marketing Communications to support and track the development and execution of demand generation campaigns and collateral including email campaigns, webinars, tradeshow participation, product sheets, whitepapers, advertising, and web content
  • In collaboration with Marketing Communications and Sales Operations, review marketing program performance to inform future go-to-market plans and investments
  • May be accountable for other results and activities as assigned


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 Years business experience. Prior product marketing experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
  • Flexibility, self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of products
