Since 2017, we've given manufacturers worldwide a live look at their business, uniting all the processes and tools they use with intuitive and easy-to-use ERP software. Our customers range from hobby makers to multi-million dollar manufacturing businesses. To date, we raised over $16 million in funding from VC firms and angel investors who, like us, believe the manufacturing software space needs more love.

Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our product marketing team in Tallinn. Your primary responsibility is to showcase Katana's unique product value propositions across all channels and customer segments. You'll be the one making sure our product updates and the value Katana delivers to leads and customers are communicated the right way to the right audience.
In short — you’ll be the master of making manufacturers across the globe fall in 💙 with Katana.
Your typical week will include:
- Being a part of our growing marketing team and getting all the support you need from the Product Marketing Manager
- Coordinating and executing go-to-market plans for product updates while working closely with Product Managers, Content and Customer Experience teams
- Developing and executing product-related marketing campaigns to boost feature or product usage
- Spending a lot of time communicating with different stakeholders from various teams to achieve product goals
- Paying an integral role in developing and nurturing the relationship between our customers, product, and marketing teams
- Learning all about our customers who make everything from furniture and cosmetics to electronics and industrial goods by researching their profiles and buyer’s journey
- Assist in research, pricing, market knowledge, and developing any externally shared content (website, slide decks, reports, webinars, etc.).
You’re the perfect fit if you:
- Have a background in tech marketing (ideally B2B or SaaS)
- Have experience with leading or playing an integral role in marketing projects or campaigns (ideally with go-to-market plans)
- Are able to prioritize your work, projects, and activities to optimize for the most impactful results
- Speak English fluently on a professional level
- Love seeing your work make an immediate impact on our customers’ business as well as Katana’s
- Take a proactive approach and are willing to question the status quo
- Are a people-person that can facilitate communication between different teams and ensure that everyone is on the same page
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bonus point: you have experience in manufacturing or have been marketing to similar industries
