The Opportunity

We’re seeking a highly motivated, insights-driven product marketer to join our rapidly growing team and business. This Product Marketing Specialist role will lead the program for our Core and Customer products portfolio segment. The successful individual will be a growth-driven SaaS marketer who is customer-focused and outcome-driven. You’ll love developing compelling propositions and have a keen sense for engaging through storytelling backed by data and insights. 


You’ll take strategic insights with market evidence and knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our marketing, partner and GTM/sales channels to succeed. The successful candidate will report directly to the Product Marketing Director, working closely with our global marketing, product and sales teams. You will join a high performing team, working in a fast-paced environment in an innovative business challenging and shaping a rapidly growing market.

The Role 

  • Key focus areas and responsibilities of the role
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for the products marketing segment you support
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Design, Support, Sales to develop and execute GTM product launches and initiatives. Leading the orchestration of launches of new products and key releases of existing products, manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
  • Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they research/get information and the who, what, when, and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive optimisations to our end to end customer buy flows.
  • Develop marketing program plans for the product segment you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.
  • Establish a program of continuous product updates and communications to the Dubber sales, partner and end-customer communities
  • Assess the effectiveness of the GTM and marketing programs that support your product segment on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on the operational performance required optimisations


Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years experience in a similar role, including growth and lifecycle marketing and or GTM roles
  • Must have experience in B2B or B2B2C SaaS and Technology businesses 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working with large cross-functional teams
  • An understanding of the product development lifecycle and how to operate within product-led teams
  • Comfortable and familiar working with product and technology partners
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Adapts easily and quickly to change
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office (Excel), Google G Suite, Asana, Figma, Miro, Salesforce
