Product Marketing Manager, Webex Contact Center

Who We Are

The Cisco Collaboration Marketing Team is looking for a self-motivated and talented Marketing Manager to support the Collaboration Business Unit as we lead our customers and partners in a migration towards cloud contact center and Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS). The Marketing Manager will work on a cross-functional team to develop messaging, positioning, strategy, go-to-market and new product introduction (NPI) to support our Webex Contact Center solution.


What You'll Do

  • Assist in the development of annual marketing objectives, create and execute marketing plans and deliver go-to-market strategy.
  • Work with Product Management to develop product positioning and customer-focused messaging that aligns with their key IT priorities and where they are in their collaboration journey
  • Support the project management of product launches including press releases, launch materials, customer presentations and sales training materials.
  • Act as content provider and subject matter expert on new solutions, to support Field/Channel Enablement strategy, which may include the delivery of training.
  • Identify market insertion points, competitive landscape, and penetration strategies for Cisco offerings in the specific sector, industry, theater.
  • Amplify and evangelize Cisco's offerings in the most impactful way for the target audience.
  • Educate and consult with Cisco field and partners on market strategies.
  • Orchestrate the marketing mix and marketing programs to generate awareness, pipeline, opportunity, and loyalty.
  • Report measurement of marketing campaign, program, project, asset efficiency and adoption, and required improvements.

Our team works closely with the Collaboration Business Unit and GTM teams as well as industry influences, press and analysts to bring new innovative technology to market. What we develop impacts end users directly, giving them the tools to be more productive, agile and stay better connected. You will have the opportunity to market an award-winning product portfolio and work with some of the industry's best designers, engineers and product management teams.


Who You Are

  • You have 3-7 years of product marketing experience
  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field
  • You possess strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • You have strong writing, graphic and analytics skills in order to develop product strategy and positioning.
  • Be a self-starter, comfortable working with large cross-functional teams.
