Product Marketing Manager - Sydney

Your challenges

  • Leading the development of the value proposition for the HRS Payment Solution and buyer persona of specific solutions; cascading to all touchpoints and stakeholders to ensure a unified product positioning globally
  • Understanding the industry market trends, business drivers, customer behavior and how the HRS solutions can address customer challenges
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates new products and services from others in the market
  • Overseeing content strategy for specific business segments; creating relevant and effective thought leadership and lead generation assets (such as whitepapers, e-books, webinars and articles) to attract, convert and retain customers across different stages of the customer journey
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas. Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage
  • Communicate the value of new products and services to the sales and marketing teams
  • Working closely with the campaign specialists to execute, measure and optimize campaigns; demonstrating the impact of marketing activities on business objectives
  • Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product

 

Your commitment

  • Studies in Marketing, Communications or similar relevant field
  • Previous working experience as a Product Marketing Manager for 3+ years in a SAAS organization or for a Payment Solution Provider
  • Vast experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Multi-Channel Marketing, Copy Writing
  • Being a creative thinker with a strategic vision and paying attention to details
  • Ability to connect to connect to stakeholders and customers
  • Having outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English
