Senior Product Marketing Manager [5+ years]

About the Position

We are looking for a strategy and execution-focused Director of Product Marketing to drive Indico’s ownership over this exciting new vertical. While still an early-stage company, we’ve gained momentum in attracting customers from the Fortune 1000 in the Financial Services and Insurance Markets. The explosive interest in artificial intelligence combined with the rapid growth in enterprise automation makes this an ideal time to establish our leadership in the space. 


About You

As Director of Product Marketing, you will drive Indico’s success in creating a dominant market position through the development of best in class marketing materials and sales enablement programs. You will play an important role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, engineering, product management, industry, and business development at Indico. You will develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for each product to effectively communicate our unique value in the rapidly-emerging artificial intelligence and machine learning market as well as complete and oversee strategy implementation. You have a driving desire to apply your creativity to synthesize the river of feedback you receive to understand the customers’ goals, the competitors' claims, and the market’s understanding of the opportunity. 


Responsibilities



  • Product positioning – help determine target personas and develop messaging to succinctly describe our unique value
  • Sales productivity – enable the salesforce with compelling information and collateral that allows them to communicate and prove the value of our products and services.
  • Market intelligence – be our expert on buyers, including how they buy, their buying criteria, etc., and communicate this information throughout the company.
  • Product launch strategy – assess product roadmap and key initiatives to set launch and communications strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • External release communication – work with our product team to create materials, including emails, newsletters, and blogs, that inform customers about the availability of new product releases, and educate them on how to get the most value from them.
  • Internal release communication – collaborate with our technical teams to ensure cross-departmental communication about product roadmap and strategy, and ensure everyone has a common understanding of emerging requirements.


Requirements



  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology marketing, specifically in enterprise software solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise and success in developing compelling product and solution messaging that delivers clear benefits and differentiation.
  • Experience building and supporting partner channels a plus
  • Familiarity with a broad set of marketing tools and platforms - CRM, MAP, ABM, etc.
