Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team, with a focus on sales enablement. This role will be responsible for arming our sales team with the knowledge and assets they need to expand Spring Health’s presence in key markets.


What you'll be doing

  • Work alongside the Director of Product Marketing to initiate and execute Spring Health sales enablement strategy in close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams
  • Create and maintain marketing and sales collateral that spans the customer lifecycle, such as pitch decks, talk tracks, demo guides, case studies, one sheets, and more
  • Communicate products’ value props to the sales team via regular training sessions
  • Train new sales reps on Spring Health’s core differentiators, value prop, use of materials, etc.
  • Create effective content for multiple audiences (enterprise and commercial) in a variety of formats (presentations, one pagers, videos, etc.)


What we expect from you

  • You have previous experience working in a high-growth, B2B or B2B2C environment where the demand for sales enablement is high. You are creative, energetic, and bring a strong product marketing POV to the table. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.   • 2-5 years of product marketing and/or sales enablement experience for a growth-stage start-up
  • Experience in health care and/or writing content for HR leaders is a plus
  • Experience in producing sales assets for B2B or B2B2C audiences in the form of one sheets, pitch decks, talk tracks, etc.
  • A passion for mental health
  • A knack for creativity
  • An obsession with detail
