Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own the operational and tactical execution of our Sales Enablement function. This person will craft messaging and conduct training to educate our sales team on how to best reach our target markets to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, collaborative spirit, get-it-done mentally, and will work within the Product Marketing team to take our products to the next level as we scale. 

 

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement, is a high-impact and high-visibility role within the organization and will report to the Head of Product Marketing. The person filling this strategic position will have an opportunity to partner with Sales Leadership to drive best-in-class training, meet the sales collateral needs of the organization, and play a key role in accelerating the performance of our fast growing sales team. 


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to build engaging learning programs for the Sales team
  • Translate market, competitive, and product materials into digestible content for the Sales and Solutions Architects team 
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry research to determine messaging and positioning for our products across industries and personas 
  • Measure and monitor the impact of trainings initiative and sales enablement materials for continuous improvement 
  • Stay ahead of market developments and trends in order to create materials that are relevant and informative

 

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of sales, marketing, or sales enablement experience, preferably at a B2B company
  • Undergraduate degree; a technical undergraduate degree is a plus, and an MBA is a nice-to-have
  • A great writer with strong messaging skills; has the ability to create or edit content at an expert level
  • Thrives in an environment without a set playbook, is excited to build a scalable, high-impact sales enablement function that drives growth across the company.
  • Possess exceptional ability to work cross-functionally, with marketing, sales, product, and customer success
