Product Marketing Manager – B2B Enterprise Software for Business Travel & Global Mobility

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the growing AltoVita team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will shape and lead AltoVita’s product marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to support and impact the business at a time of rapid growth alongside a fun, collaborative team based all around the world.


Responsible for five core disciplines:

  1. Go-to-market strategy
  2. Personas and buyer insights
  3. Messaging and content origination
  4. Bringing product offerings to market
  5. Sales knowledge transfer


The above applies to both sides of AltoVita’s marketplaces: Demand & supply


Responsibilities

  • Develop AltoVita’s full-funnel product messaging and content to drive industry awareness and product adoption
  • Develop and measure engaging and educational product marketing campaigns (email, social, paid)
  • Responsible for AltoVita’s inbound lead generation
  • Be well versed and articulate in AltoVita product features, launches, and overall product offerings
  • Gain a deep understanding of AltoVita’s target audience in order to guide the product team to market and support the growth of client acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and up-sell
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors’ product offering and perform market research to continuously improve and finetune AltoVita’s product offering
  • Meticulously build up AltoVita’s product content library, including written content, video, case studies, FAQ, etc
  • Articulate product features, values, and benefits in materials including FAQ, press releases, award submissions, and RFPs
  • Coordinate the creation of product-led video content
  • Develop and grow technical product marketing strategies and infrastructure that support AltoVita’s business growth and overall vision
  • Present reports on product marketing performance
  • Research and identify technologies to improve the company’s product marketing stack
  • Develop, optimise, and be responsible for AltoVita’s product marketing KPIs
  • Proactively research and stay current with industry trends (ESG, technology, etc)


Skills

  • 2+ years experience as a Product Marketing Manager
  • MA in Marketing, Computer Science, or similar relevant field
  • Previous experience in travel / hospitality distribution tech a plus
  • Hands-on experience with complex project management software a plus
  • Understanding of how to translate client and consumer problems into a marketable solution
  • Proactive problem solver and critical thinker with strategic marketing and product articulation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup and remote environment
  • Ambitious; detail-oriented
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills


Must be located in Western European or Eastern US time zone.

Able to work remotely.

English language required.
