Product Marketing Manager (Product and Feature Launches)

We’re looking for a product marketing manager who can serve as a strategic partner to Product, Marketing and Sales, leading feature and product releases and creating demand for our product through effective messaging and content.

Main Responsibilities:

- Own and execute product and feature launches, working closely with Product Managers to plan releases and coordinate them with stakeholders in the Marketing, Customer Ops and Support teams;

- Be a technical and creative thinker who helps to shape the ways we differentiate our product offering, connecting big and small releases to Pipefy’s overarching positioning and messaging;

- Partner closely with the Product team to provide insights on customer needs, sales blockers and competitor moves in order to improve roadmap planning and feature prioritization;

- Clearly articulate the technical differentiators of platform capabilities and create technical marketing and competitive collateral including technical battle cards, white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations stakeholders to understand the value we add;

- Develop in-depth technical knowledge of key competitors’ features and functions to build out defensible analysis/proof points and positioning;

- Support research activities to identify potential market opportunities and help to inform our roadmap decisions;

- Support sales enablement efforts with the right competitive positioning and messaging so the Customer Ops team is well equipped to have value-adding conversations with leads;

- Manage cross-functional product marketing projects related to go-to-market strategies;

- Help to structure internal processes and product marketing operations;
