The Role


Reorg is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and manage our global product marketing plan.


You will become an expert on our target segments, personas and use cases for Reorg, and build a program to enable Reorg to hit customer and revenue growth targets for each product line. You will plan and produce exceptional product and packaged solution collateral and tools to build awareness, generate demand and engage users.


Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, as the specialist product champion within the marketing team, you will expand our customer base and increase active user engagement through creative and impactful campaigns and communications. 


Responsibilities

  • Product marketing strategy per segment, including relevant market and competitive research 
  • Develop a clear and deep understanding of target segments, personas and use cases
  • Articulate each persona and develop internal sales materials and tools relevant to segments and personas
  • Create external prospect and client tools for awareness, trials, adoption, engagement and advocacy
  • Own the product marketing toolkit for all launches and releases
  • Product marketing plan and calendar with monthly campaigns per segment (including social, PR, email, advertising)
  • Manage and develop Americas partnerships to expand awareness and engagement
  • Work within the global marketing team on shared programs including running webinars


Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing over several years, and marketing experience in more than one B2B business
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or other relevant subject
  • Proven results in product / solution growth and engagement, ideally with international background
  • Financial, legal, tech or media industry experience desirable
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), website publishing (WordPress preferred), event management platforms (Zoom, Cvent preferred), in-app messaging tools (Pendo preferred)
