EU Based Product Marketing Manager F&B Services

As a Product Marketing Manager at FoodChain ID, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the successful launch, adoption, and growth of the products and services within our Technical Services division in Europe. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and effectively position our products. Your primary focus will be to develop compelling value propositions, create impactful marketing assets, and drive go-to-market initiatives that resonate with our target audience and drive revenue growth. As a Product Marketing Manager, you have the opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and drive the success of our innovative products & services. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES  


Develop and execute product marketing strategies: 

  • Define the overall product marketing strategy, positioning, and messaging for our products & services. 
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with product management to understand product roadmap and features, translating technical details into customer benefits. 
  • Develop go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches. 

 

Create compelling marketing assets: 

  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging that effectively communicates the value proposition and differentiation of our solutions. 
  • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, presentations, product videos, and case studies. 
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing and impactful marketing assets. 

 

Drive sales enablement: 

  • Develop sales enablement strategies and tools to empower the sales team with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell our products. 
  • Develop product training materials, sales presentations, competitive battle cards, and other sales enablement assets. 
  • Conduct product training sessions for the sales team, ensuring a deep understanding of our solutions and value proposition. 

 

Lead go-to-market initiatives: 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. 
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase product adoption, and drive customer engagement. 
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. 

 

Customer and market insights: 

  • Conduct customer research and gather market intelligence to understand customer needs, pain points, and competitive landscape. 
  • Develop customer personas and use market insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with specific customer segments. 

 


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 

 

Work Experience 

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the food industry or related fields such as certification or testing services. 
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including market analysis, product positioning, and messaging. 

 

Skills & Abilities 

  • Must be fluent in French and English. 
  • Strong understanding of product marketing principles, including market analysis, product positioning, and messaging. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for services and products. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and compelling messaging. 
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and customer insights. 
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral, sales enablement assets, and product presentations. 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms for campaign tracking and reporting.
