Product Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team! The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for product positioning and increasing awareness of Nautical’s multi-vendor marketplace platform.

The Product Marketing Manager is on the Marketing Team reporting to the Head of Marketing. The Marketing team is responsible for generating demand, positioning Nautical as the premier marketplace platform offering, and increasing awareness of the Nautical brand. 

Nautical has offices in New York and Toronto. This role can be located in Toronto or Dallas. We have a flexible work environment, but we value in-person collaboration and will often meet in-office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Product Positioning — Deeply understand the ins and outs of our product and what differentiates us from other marketplace offerings. 
  • Content Creation — Sharing our product value through different content channels like blogs, emails, sales collateral, and case studies.  
  • Gathering Feedback — Listen to prospects and customers to better understand their pains and how our product solves for them. Turn that feedback into actionable insights for the product, marketing, and sales teams. 
  • Case Study Interviews — Ask the right questions of our customers to build impactful case studies, through video, webinars, blogs, and other mediums. 
  • Event Production — Evaluate and execute events and conferences to increase awareness of our multi-vendor platform. 
  • Sales Enablement — Work with sales and sales engineering to create content to support the sales process. 

 

About You: 

  • 3-5 years experience in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce product marketing role 
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • Ability to collaborate across product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Creative marketer who comes up with innovative ways to stand out in the crowd 
  • Quickly move from one task to the next in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with Hubspot, Jira, Confluence is a plus
