The Product Marketing Manager will craft Whip Around’s product messaging and ensure the Whip Around vision is differentiated in the market. This role is the glue supporting the Product, Customer Success and Sales teams to communicate the value of our product!
Requirements- Ability to create product marketing collateral (e.g. product videos, website copy, blog posts, feature teasers, social media content) that articulate the benefits of our products.
- Experience developing cross functional go-to-market strategies for new features and partnerships.
- Ability to evolve market segmentation for each product and partnership, supporting programs of work that improve customer engagement.
- A data-driven marketer with a proven experience in building adoption strategies based on competitor and market analysis.
- Strong and effective stakeholder management skills: ability to develop relationships allowing to influence diverse stakeholders.
- A self-starter with initiative working in a fast-paced environment. We are growing and we want The Product Marketing Manager to grow with us!
- Ability to work closely with the product team to develop and educate internal and external stakeholders on our product messaging.
- Represent Whip Around across our key audience online and in person to articulate the customer-led benefits of Whip Around and our partnerships.
- The Product Marketing Manager will bring creative and unconventional ideas to help navigate the market and industry. No ideas are off the table!
Experience:
- Working in SaaS or within the tech sector; fleet industry experience is a plus.
- Launching tech products to market while driving up the customer adoption.
- Managing cross-functional projects, working with external commercial partners, managing people directly and indirectly, and delivering key project outcomes.
You’ll be helping companies achieve goals like reducing operational costs, increasing safety on the roads and zero waste initiatives. You’ll be working alongside some talented Product and Engineering individuals, where learning opportunities are endless.
