We are growing quickly, and searching for the ideal candidate to join our team as a hands-on Product Marketing Manager. Your main role will be to elevate technical features into a compelling narrative and deliverables. These will enable the sales and marketing organization to tell the story of our customers and products to the technical audience in our prospects, partners and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Bridging the gap between technical documentation and sales & marketing by:

  • Creating technical collateral in the form of onepagers, architectural blueprints, best practice documents, blog posts, sales engineering slides and videos for core functionality
  • Supporting tech marketing campaigns with narratives that articulate the value of 
  • Contentstack feature sets to a technical audience
  • partnerships with adjacent technology to a technical audience
  • Enabling Sales Engineering with technical differentiators in slides and product demonstrations
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Documentation and DemandGen teams for technical enablement as part of the product release experience
  • Supporting the technical branch of Contentstack community programs
  • Identifying trends in the technical communities to inform messaging and differentiation
  • Evangelizing technical differentiators to customers, prospects and partners on stage or in virtual settings

Ideal Qualifications

  • Work Experience (minimum 2 years):
  • As a Product Marketing Manager; or
  • As a technical-focused PreSales Engineer; or 
  • As a business-minded Product Manager

  • Background:
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Have knowledge of Software as a Service, and ideally CMS or adjacent digital experience technologies
  • Have that unique blend of technical mindset and storytelling skills
  • Have an attitude to be always willing to learn something new
  • Passion:
  • For making technical concepts shine
  • For driving end-to-end creation of deliverables
  • For doing more than just a job description
  • Communication Skills:
  • Ability to translate technical complexity into concise and compelling stories
  • Ability to write technical content that makes people want to learn more
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders across engineering, marketing and sales teams
  • Ability to present technical content in engaging talks on stage and in virtual conferences
