We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to articulate and communicate the best value proposition to our customers and prospects.


You will be the first-ever Marketing person at TeamAssurance, which implies exciting challenges and opportunities. You will work closely with a small, close-knit, remote team and own the Marketing function from end-to-end.


You'll be focussed on messaging, communication and sales enablement strategy.


Your role

As our product marketing manager your main responsibility will be to produce outstanding content to communicate our product value to customers, partners and internal functions (sales, customer success). You will translate our software products into relatable, exciting and easy to understand stories. Your content will increase brand awareness and generate leads, and enable sales to move customers along the sales funnel.

You will create product content across multiple channels including, but not limited to; video, demos, webinars, training materials, blogs, websites, and social media.


In detail you will:


  • Build key messages that resonates with our market, drives acquisition, and encourages features adoption and retention
  • Organise Sales, Customer Success and partner training to empower them on how to articulate the value proposition to customers and prospects
  • Create collateral, produce how-to and demo videos, organize product webinars, create sales training materials, write blogs, keep our product websites up to date and create social media posts


We’d love to hear from you if you:


  • Have 2+ years of experience in marketing in a B2B SaaS company
  • Have the ability to understand translate concepts into easy to understand content
  • Love the dynamics of a fast growing global tech startup
  • Are a self-starter, approachable, take initiative, and are not afraid to proactively reach out to colleagues to ensure quality and timely delivery of your content
  • Are able to effectively juggle concurrent projects, pipelines and releases, pay strong attention to detail and can communicate in excellent English
  • You can be based anywhere, though most of our team are based in Melbourne, Australia. So we do require some crossover with the Melbourne/Sydney timezone. That could be Australia, Singapore, West Coast US
