Job Summary:

As a Product Marketing Manager at Avinode Group, you will drive the messaging, positioning, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategies for our products. You will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other teams to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyers.




  • Identify and execute activities to increase preference, demand, and sales opportunities for our product offerings.
  • Develop and improve Product Marketing Function processes & way of working.
  • Support and enhance usage of our solutions & product adoption.
  • Support Sales, Customer Success, Account managers, and onboarding teams to successfully communicate & sell our products and solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric product positioning and messaging that articulates our product value and supports customers in all stages of our customer journey.
  • Develop our Customer Segments and User personas.
  • Create compelling launches of new products and features to generate product interest and adoption.
  • Understand buyer needs and promote our solutions to them.
  • Manage end-to-end go-to-market plans, working with cross-functional teams to increase impact and outcome.
  • Analyze market & competitive trends and translate data into product messaging.
  • Manage KPIs to drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Set and ensure the right metrics and KPIs are in place to effectively evaluate success.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of efforts, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on metrics and their impact on business goals.




  • An experienced (5+ years) Product Marketing Manager in Saas the industry.
  •  Mastered the ability to engage and build trust with internal teams and leaders.
  • Can effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects.
  • Knowledgeable on how to drive SaaS product marketing.
  • Lead cross-functional projects with collaboration from other teams (may include multiple regions)
  • Understand and execute modern digital marketing strategies & campaigns.
  • Creative and passionate for developing innovative go-to-market programs.
  • Work in fast-paced environments with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Bring great content production and copywriting skills.
  • Drive, inspire, and engage the people around you.
