Product Marketing Manager, Care Products

About the Role:

Are you a story teller? A builder? A problem-solver? We’re looking for a creative, analytical, collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll help to lead go-to-market for our products, create and execute content, and help develop campaigns that drive awareness and preference with our buyers and partners. This is a highly cross-functional role that touches nearly every part of the organization, truly sitting at the nexus of product, marketing, and commercial functions. You will work across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization. 

What you’ll do:


  • Help shape Ginger’s product narrative by developing and evolving our positioning and messaging strategy for products, features and capabilities
  • Own the end-to-end launch of new products, capabilities and features by working with cross-functional partners and driving packaging and pricing models
  • Support the product in-market, developing talking points, articulating differentiation, developing case studies and proof points. 
  • Provide product training and enablement to Ginger’s marketing, sales, and client success teams.
  • Own competitive landscape for the company, providing forum and process for taking in and disseminating that information, and conducting SWOT analysis
  • Create a drumbeat of content that highlights the value of Ginger’s products and services in market
  • Develop and maintain an external roadmap for the product
  • Serve as an ever-learning expert on our clients and members


About you & requirements:


  • 6+ years of experience in marketing B2B products
  • 3+ years developing messaging and being externally-facing
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - both written and oral
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in working in highly cross-functional teams
  • Bias towards action
  • Domain expertise in healthcare and/or employee benefits
