Product Marketing Manager

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager. You will be an integral part of the marketing team, helping to turn DonorDrive's features into meaningful client benefits, refine and manage the go-to-market strategy, execute product marketing initiatives, and to deliver against product KPIs. You will own the external-facing product positioning along with creating useful, insightful, and effective sales enablement materials for the sales and client success teams. In this role, you will be a key link between Marketing, Product, Sales, Client Success, and Partner Management.


What You'll Do:


  • Master the product and develop a deep understanding of features.
  • Translate the product features into meaningful benefits for clients and prospects, and provide insight into how their organizations can reap results from our solutions.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for DonorDrive.
  • Become a voice of the customer and internalize the buyers’ journey and what we need to provide along the way to progress prospects through the cycle.
  • Develop high quality commercial insight content to drive demand in the market (blogs, videos, client stories, podcasts, white papers, etc.).
  • Enable client success, sales, and partners teams with feature-focused content (decks, demos, competitive battlecards, collateral, etc.).
  • Understand the trends in the market through market trends research and competitive intelligence. Create strategies to adjust to trends and educate clients and prospects in their efforts.
  • Know the competition and coach sales, client success and partner teams on how to outmaneuver them.
  • Collaborate with product management to feed the roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation, sales, partner, and client success teams to ensure feature messaging is delivered consistently and on-brand across all channels.
  • Lead the development of feature KPIs in collaboration with the product management team. Develop a structure to analyze and report the results to the organization.
  • Evangelize DonorDrive at client presentations, prospect pitches, partner meetings, industry events, and media relations.


We're Excited if You Have:


  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Marketing role with track record of delivering against KPIs
  • SaaS solution experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills
  • Drive to learn and master a complex product, the users, and buyers
