The role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to execute our digital customer engagement activities. You’ll be responsible for planning and running marketing campaigns that drive trial and usage for our insurance brokers who are appointed with At-Bay.


For this role, you’ll be a creative and quantitative thinker. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques, like email and in-product marketing campaigns.


Your impact


  • Own, design and implement differentiated marketing campaigns that drive digital product adoption across channels
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors, develop hypotheses and test them
  • Identify product gaps and opportunities that could lead to user adoption
  • Manage daily tasks and work cross-functionally with design, channel marketing, product management and underwriting (sales) to align and implement marketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from users


In this role we value


  • 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years of product marketing or similar (e.g. brand management) experience 
  • Demonstrated experience in launching integrated marketing campaigns covering multiple steps of the funnel (e.g. acquisition, trial, adoption, engagement, retention and upsell/cross sell)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, with a proven ability to develop insights and recommendations 
  • Comfort in ambiguity, with a willingness to be scrappy in developing a solution in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong presentation, public speaking and project management skills
  • Background in B2B marketing of Fintech, SaaS software, or insurance a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS in Marketing preferred
