Product Marketing Manager

RVO Health is seeking a creative, collaborative, and strategic product marketer to support the Product Marketing team's overall vision of bringing to market innovative experiences that resonate with health seekers and strategically generate revenue. The person in this role will help drive the business by considering new strategies and experiences that propel audience growth and facilitate healthy actions with our users. Specifically, this person will be the dedicated owner of our advertising data products, services, and tools helping to build data driven media experiences that add value for our partners in a privacy-safe environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Author, manage, and execute product marketing roadmap for our advertising data products, tools, and services by gaining alignment through consistent communication across all stakeholders. 
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify deep user and market insights related to the medical treatment user journey and pipeline (drug education, condition treatment options, access, adherence) that translate into innovative ways to connect our partners with our users in the right place, at the right time, with the right message. 
  • Develop recommendations and drive the roadmap for integrating new data signals, developing new segmentation capabilities, and uncovering unique audience insights, all from a privacy-first lens.
  • Collaborate with Product, Performance, Data, and other cross functional teams to identify, define, and sharpen product offerings while simultaneously leveraging technology to power innovation, automation, and operational excellence. 
  • Develop the value proposition, product positioning, and B2B messaging for new data products (i.e. partners, advertiser sponsors).
  • Bring various teams together to ensure cross-functional alignment essential for go-to-market, develop collateral as needed to fill any gaps identified.
  • Evangelize products & ensure utilization through effective internal training and positioning. 
  • Assemble a team of cross-functional stakeholders to monitor the ongoing success, revenue tracking, and quarterly plan of our multimillion dollar data product line.
  • Own and report overall product success through launch, in market performance analysis, and optimization strategy and process. 
  • Additional responsibilities as self-identified or noted by the management team.

  • Proficient in data analysis and ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Confident presentation and writing skills
  • Collaborative, team player
  • Ability to work with and manage stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of digital media and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Pharma and/or Health & Wellness businesses.
  • Bachelor degree candidate with a concentration in marketing preferred


Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
  • *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
