About the Role


Rho is looking for a passionate Product Marketing Manager to help drive go-to-market strategy for Rho's Accounts Payable and Accounting Automation solutions. Serving as the subject matter expert, you’ll work closely with the Director of Product Marketing to inform our product roadmap and highlight Rho’s unique value to our customers. You’ll help create core positioning for Rho, distilling our benefits into effective materials for our go-to-market teams, such as case studies, videos, and website pages. As an early member of our expanding marketing team, you’ll have a unique opportunity to be a pivotal part of our growth story and help build our function and business. 


What you will do


  • Craft product positioning, value propositions, product stories, and messaging that resonates with Rho’s target audience.
  • Work closely with Product to identify upcoming releases and create a release roadmap.
  • Develop a launch plan for all new products and features, explaining to both customers and prospects why our new capabilities matter.
  • Guide the production and execution of marketing campaigns, assets, and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value of Rho.
  • Ensure messaging is used appropriately across all internal and external communication channels, including sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the Product team, delivering market insights, competitive updates, customer feedback, and more to help shape our roadmap.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on key metrics related to product marketing activities.


You have


  • Curiosity, an eagerness to learn, enthusiasm for problem-solving, and a growth mindset.
  • 2+ years in a B2B product marketing role; finance/fintech/accounting experience preferred. We’ll also consider non-traditional candidates who are eager to transition into marketing and bring a hands-on understanding of finance and accounting.
  • Experience working at a fast-growing tech startup (B2B SaaS/fintech/accounting) or in fast-paced, rapidly-changing environments.
  • Exceptional written skills with an emphasis on storytelling.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation capability. 
  • The ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders while maintaining ownership, organization, and timely delivery.
  • A customer mindset and a deep understanding of how B2B products can enhance a customer’s business environment and address their needs.
