Product Marketing Manager

Remote (United Kingdom) Barnstaple, Devon, England, United Kingdom

Stannp.com is a North Devon-headquartered martech scaleup. We have grown consistently year on year since 2014 and now have teams in the UK and USA. Our company is a disruptor, changing the way consumers and businesses on both sides of the Atlantic buy and launch direct mail campaigns (direct mail – made simple with SaaS). We’re launching multiple new offerings over the next year, including new features on our core platform and additional marketplace apps.

About You:

You’re an experienced product marketing manager (PMM) with deep expertise in acquiring SMEs, as well as a working knowledge of B2C and the enterprise. You like a start-up or scaleup environment where meetings give way to execution and where imperfect action now is better than perfection at some point in the future. You’ve developed go-to-market strategies for ex-UK geographies, ideally in the USA or another non-EU market. You spend as much time in spreadsheets as in Word, always starting with the metrics. You passionately believe in PMM as a craft, it’s Obviously Awesome.

About the Role:

As the Product Marketing Manager you will play a key role in driving Stannp.com’s next phase of growth. Reporting into the Marketing Director, you will be the first full-time PMM at Stannp. Your challenge (should you choose to accept it) will be to drive not just revenue, but the right kind of revenue, for Stannp.com.

Key elements of the role:

  • Product strategy – Be the champion of value within Stannp.com, value for the customer, and value for our company.
  • Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors
  • Commercials - Develop strategies for pricing, packaging, and monetization of the Stannp.com platform and other products
  • Content Development – Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
  • Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players
  • Sales enablement – Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral
  • Collaboration – collaborate effectively with fellow marketers and vendors who manage demand and RevOps. Be the marketer that “gets” sales.

Salary Range £40,000 to £60,000 DOE.
