Product Marketing Manager

Swift Racks is looking for a Product Marketer to join our dynamic team and play a critical role in the marketing and go-to-market strategies for our B2B SaaS products. The potential candidate will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to drive user adoption and growth in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of product marketing strategies tailored for B2B SaaS products, with a strong emphasis on product-led growth and paid media optimization. This role will be key in defining and executing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and contribute directly to our business objectives.

Responsibilities And Competencies


  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies aligned with our product-led growth model.
  • Channel Identification and Initiative Oversight: Identify appropriate marketing channels and oversee various initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product team to ensure that marketing efforts are fully integrated with product features and user experience.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to ensure continual improvement and success of marketing initiatives.
  • Experiment-led Approach: Implement and manage an experiment-led approach to refine and enhance marketing tactics for optimal results.
  • Industry and Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape, specifically within the B2B SaaS and marketing strategies, to maintain our competitive edge.

Technical Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Product Marketing: Extensive experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products, particularly with product-led growth strategies.
  • Channel and Initiative Management: Expertise in identifying appropriate marketing channels and overseeing various initiatives to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
  • Content-led Skills: Strong ability to develop content-driven strategies, including content creation, positioning, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
  • Customer and Market Research: Proven experience in conducting in-depth customer and market research to inform product positioning, messaging, and overall marketing strategy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies based on insights.
  • Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and implement marketing initiatives that align with overall business goals.

Bonus Experience

  • Startup Experience: Experience working with early-stage startups, especially in a fast-paced and experiment-driven environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Fintech, Payments, & Construction Tech is a bonus.
