About the role
They are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help drive the next phase of growth for our Workflow Management and Financial Operations verticals. Reporting into the Head of Product Marketing, the individual in this role will work closely with the Global Director and Product Manager within the Workflow Management business to create impactful product messaging, conduct market and customer research and take new product releases to market. This role also presents an exciting opportunity to establish product marketing activities for some of our Financial Operations products.
What you’ll do
- Product Messaging & Positioning:
- Develop and refine compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to the target audiences.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with our clients brand narrative and value proposition.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Lead the planning and execution of GTM strategies for new product releases and feature rollouts, including creation of content such as marketing emails and social posts
- Collaborate with product management, sales, solutions and wider marketing teams to ensure seamless and impactful launches aligned to business objectives
- Sales Enablement:
- Equip the sales team with tools, presentations, and resources to effectively communicate product benefits and close deals.
- Create product-focused content, such as battle cards and pitch decks
- Customer and Market Insights:
- Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviour.
- Work with the Global Product Director to analyse and define the total addressable market (TAM) for your product(s) and identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with product, customer success, and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure customer-centricity.
- Participate in monthly product board meetings with key stakeholders and advocate for the customer by bringing insights into product development and feature prioritization.
- Inspire and influence junior marketing team members by sharing best practices, demonstrating a passion for innovation, and fostering a collaborative culture.

What you’ll bring
· Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a product marketing role.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and creating impactful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the product marketing at a B2B SaaS company; experience in legal tech is a plus.
- Experience with stakeholder management, demonstrating the ability to influence decisions at the highest level
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
