About you and the role

You’re part Product Manager, part Evangelist, part Marketer and 100% customer obsessed. This role will be a critical part of the Product Management organization and its role is to ensure our value propositions seamlessly and continuously get to our customers and partners through the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work on areas including:


- Go To Market: You’ll research your markets building go to market plans outlining your target audience personas, requirements, positioning, messaging, competition and other intel to share across the company. 

- Product Release: You'll work closely with Product Managers as we plan how each new release is brought to market and coordinate the cross-functional implementation of the launch plan.

- Cross Team engagement: You will engage with a variety of internal stakeholders including Marketing, Sales and Customer Success and be a resource for sales enablement. 

- Content Creation: You'll also write top quality internal content – both technical and high level – including battlecards, sales narratives, training documentation and more. 


What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging that sets us apart in the market

- Lead cross-functional product launches that drive product demand and adoption

- Ensure Marketing is always equipped with the latest product messaging to support their campaigns and outbound activities

- Enable Sales with training, content and impactful demos to ensure they are always able to represent the strongest value propositions we have available

- Provide Customer Success with internal and external documentation, training and tools to support our customers and partners

- Set the standard for product training including demos and documentation

- Updating customer facing product roadmaps

- Act as internal product evangelist and enabler.


You're a great candidate if...

- You are a strong facilitator with excellent written and oral communication skills

- You can communicate and present product positioning and value at all levels 

- You can give a killer product demo

- You enjoy documenting and building content / training for others

- You have outstanding organization and project management skills especially within high release cadence environment

- Experience enabling internal organizations with content, demos or other materials

- Experience working in a high growth software organization (SaaS preferred)

- Customer obsessed

- Some understanding of channel programs would be beneficial

- Some experience in marketing or customer success would be beneficial

A note on our office

To prioritize the health of all of our employees, PartnerStack has made the shift from working in its Toronto office space to fully remote work until 2021. At that point, we’ll be looking for a new office space in downtown Toronto that’s sized to fit the many new team members we’ve brought on remotely.


Although we’re not sharing the same space together, we’re committed to ensuring every new employee has a great onboarding experience and feels like part of a tight-knit team.
