How You'll Make An Impact
- Understand our targeted customer groups (SMEs) and engage with them through interviews, events, campaigns, etc
- Bring awareness to our product through various contents (product videos, website copy, blog posts, sales docs, etc) and communicate our product in a way that customers can empathize
- Conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
- Seek customer feedback on product, leverage data and work closely with product development team to iterate product and improve customer acquisition/retention
- Become a visible and vocal member of our product and build our customer community
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience of product marketing and/or roles that require technical fluency and the instinctive ability to be the voice of the customer. Experience in SaaS or FinTech is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to put self in customers' place and promote customer needs internally in an insightful way
- Superior storytelling capabilities, with strong oral and written communication in English
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment and comfortable with ambiguity
