Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Templafy is on a growth journey and currently on the verge of pioneering a brand new category called Content Enablement. And so, we’re looking for a dedicated Product Marketing Manager to accelerate our ability to launch new products and optimize our core messaging through clear communications and amazing marketing programs. This is a new function within Templafy and will be focused on building a strong foundation on a strategic level, while also being able to execute various marketing tasks and product launches.


You will work alongside a highly skilled and dedicated Marketing team and in close collaboration with the rest of the global company, especially Product, Sales Enablement, and the sales teams. This opportunity is for someone who is looking to join a fast-growing company, have plenty of influence, and be a key part of defining and scaling product marketing in Templafy.


Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new product launches (including positioning, messaging, buyer personas, and marketing tactics).
  • Optimize our core messaging through clear and compelling communication.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product teams to align messaging across departments.
  • Work with the marketing department on projects such as Lead gen campaigns: from concept development to final marketing material.
  • Briefing the Strategic Communications team about new products for PR, AR, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Conduct customer and market research needed to write targeted messaging.
  • Work together with Customer Marketing to roll out messaging and campaigns to existing customers.


Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of similar experience
  • Professional communications and writing skills.
  • Conceptual, creative thinker with the ability to translate complex technology into engaging messaging.
  • Familiarity with online marketing campaigns.
  • Understanding analytics and data while applying findings to messaging.
  • Great collaboration skills.
  • Genuinely interested in tech, software and always curious/up-to-date on the latest B2B trends.
  • Native/bilingual English proficiency - written and spoken.
