Product Marketing Manager

Remote (United States) Denver, CO

Shopventory’s customer base includes all sorts of business types, from salons and restaurants to breweries, liquor stores, smoke shops, vacation resorts and even boutiques similar to the one we started for.


As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be accountable for developing and executing product and feature launch campaigns enabling Shopventory to reach more potential customers while upselling and cross-selling our existing user base. You’ll be measured by your ability to implement a product strategy that drives paying users, growing our customer base, and expanding deeper platform integration and adoption of expanding feature sets.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will be critical to achieving our demand gen goals, developing a roadmap to achieve our vision while executing the strategies and tactics to achieve our growth targets.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities


  • Communicate a complex feature set in an easy to understand fashion along with how it benefits our customers and improves their workflows
  • Lead product communication with our sales & customer service teams to ensure consistent language and unified pitch across our product
  • Collaborate with the product team providing user feedback, conduct interviews, and audience research.
  • Analysis of competitors in our space, maintaining a comparison of feature sets and their positioning of solutions
  • Develop and execute product launches in support of our development and customer support teams.
  • Measure the impact of product campaigns, driving additional feature adoption and impacts on customer retention


Requirements


  • 4+ years of experience executing media planning and buying campaigns
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of day to day responsibilities for campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital trends, best practices, and measuring campaigns against KPIs.
  • Skilled in optimizing communication channels: Email, social media, chatbots, etc.
  • You have excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • You are self-motivated and creative, with a strong sense of accountability, and have high-quality standards
  • You are an overarching strategizer and tactical implementer. Both are key in this role.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • SaaS and B2B Marketing experience
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, Retail, Restaurant, and SMB verticals
  • Intercom Experience
  • Hubspot Certification

Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000


This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
