Product Marketing Manager


As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll be joining an experienced team of high-tech marketing professionals who have successfully built and expanded a powerful brand known for innovation, customer success and industry education. What you will be doing:


Positioning

o  Develop positioning, value proposition and messaging that differentiates FairWarning and our products and services in the market.


Market intelligence

o  Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of industry trends, including important regulatory changes.

o  Be the expert on our buyers – their pain points, how they buy and their buying criteria.

o  Develop and maintain persona documents for key roles

o  Be the subject matter expert on our competition - including their messaging, product set and offerings - and how to beat them.

o  Share relevant information with the rest of FairWarning.


Product communications

o  Work closely with Product Management and Sales enablement to understand the product roadmap and identify key benefits.

o  Help educate the internal team on key differentiators and value propositions.

o  Inform customers of new product functionality and capabilities to drive usage and advocates (newsletters, webinars, user groups, etc).

o  Communicate to prospects our product value and ROI in an engaging way that ties our value to their business/personal needs.

o  Create/update collateral and assets to reflect product/services changes and to communicate ROI. This includes externally facing content such as presentations, brochures, and data sheets as well as internally facing content such as competitor cheat sheets and other training materials.

o  Drive the launch of new products and services inclusive of strategy, project management, messaging, and assets


Demand generation support

o  Develop, with the help of a designer, assets that will be leveraged in campaigns from thought leadership to product brochures, including infographics, video scripts, webinars, white papers, and social and blog posts


Assist marketing peers by driving solution passion and vision of how content should be packaged across marketing channels. 


Our Perfect Match:

·      Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience 

·      Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience with product marketing (software, healthcare or both preferred)

·      Ability to process a vast amount of knowledge and translate it into useful information.

·      Exceptional communication skills with the ability to seamlessly communicate with technical and sales contacts as well as customers and prospects

·      You’re a persuasive storyteller and can craft content to guide audiences to success (whether that's conversion, engagement, and/or retention)

·      A desire to make an impact - you love metrics and A/B testing, so you know what works and what needs to be improved

·      Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial

·      Solid familiarity with global privacy and security regulations a plus 

·      Proficiency with Salesforce desired
