As a Product Marketing Manager, you will report to the VP of Business Development & Marketing and will be responsible for all product marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our courses and our platform and wants to help us communicate our value to the market and our customers. Responsibilities:


  • Own development and execution of product marketing strategy; develop a deep understanding of Kantola, our product, our customers, and our market, and own messaging around key product value drivers
  • Manage the go-to-market process for new products, including target market definition, messaging, collateral, sales training, and pricing to drive successful product launches
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align product priorities and goals, in order to develop a roadmap for innovation and growth
  • Partner closely with Sales to deliver business growth through sales enablement activity such as sales training materials, customer case studies, outreach templates, and more.


Qualifications:


  • Strong belief in and passion for Kantola's mission
  • 4-6 years of work experience in b2b product marketing; experience shaping business roadmaps and marketing plans through consumer knowledge and actionable insights
  • Exceptional problem solver with the ability to transition between detailed data and high-level insight; ability to communicate data into meaningful insight and present to leadership
  • Ability to scope a complex project, break it into workstreams, prioritize work and execute against a work plan
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build credibility with the product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred


Compensation:


Compensation is a combination of base salary plus bonus. Compensation is based on relevant experience.


Location:


The position is based in the Bay Area (just across Golden Gate bridge in downtown Mill

Valley, CA.). 1 day in office/week.
