The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an experienced product marketer to join a growing product marketing team responsible for crafting the story and go-to-market strategy for our communications and workplace solutions. As a product marketer at FWI | Poppulo, you will have the opportunity to contribute at a strategic level, helping to define and develop a comprehensive solutions marketing strategy that will make a material impact on the growth of our business. You will work on a cross-functional basis, collaborating closely with sales, product management, sales enablement, and marketing to best package and position our platform and solutions for the market. You will develop an intimate knowledge and understanding of our customers, harnessing your skills and creativity to conceptualize, develop, deploy, and maintain an array of powerful sales materials and processes that will optimize sales results. You will report to the Vice President of Product and Brand Marketing and will collaborate closely across the organization.

 

Location: Remote - US East Coast Preferred

 

 

 

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Identify our key buyers and influencers, develop compelling messaging, and position our solutions for each
  • Develop and execute product releases and launches by working across the organization to drive customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Create content to enable sales and customer success teams, including product datasheets, presentations, case studies, white papers, demos, blogs, webinars, and web content

·        Drive comprehensive competitive analysis, optimizing output for application across sales and customer success teams

·        Become an expert in understanding our buyers’ needs, goals, and journey through market research, customer surveys, and win/loss analysis and identify potential growth opportunities for existing and new solutions

·        Work closely and build partnerships with the product management team to maintain visibility into product capabilities/roadmap

·        Drive solution thought leadership programs

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

·        Bachelor's degree in technical or marketing discipline (advanced degree in business a plus)

·        3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B enterprise SaaS

·        Experience in marketing to solution focus areas such as HR, IT, internal communications, and workspace experience a plus

·        Highly collaborative and able to thrive in a geographically distributed environment

·        Ability to translate solution benefits and features into actionable sales messaging for targeted customers

·        A keen interest in technology and the ability to identify and explain the technology, product, and market differentiators

·        A passion for competitive and market research and turning insights into actionable outputs and programs

  • Self-starter who can navigate ambiguous situations and succeed in a dynamic and hyper-growth environment
  • Team-player who builds relationships across functions and can influence without authority

·        Demonstrated writing skills with experience writing sales materials and contributing copy/editorial to marketing collaterals

·        Customer driven and analytical, able to harness relevant data to inform and defend your work

  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into tactical work when necessary
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, and willingness to learn and continue to grow professionally
  • Experience with sales and marketing tools like CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (Like Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), Klue, and Highspot a plus
